The location of the serial numbers will vary dependant on the product. If you have an AIR CURTAIN it will normally be situated on the top, in the middle of the product. For a FAN COIL UNIT it will be on the outside of the case. Don't worry If you can't find the serial number, just complete the form and we will contact you to learn more about the unit.

Products that have no fault found due to manufacture or materials defects may be charged at the following rate:

  • - Call out charge £250 including first hour
  • - Additional time on site @ £30 per hour + parts

Thermoscreens service department will undertake to attempt repair of Thermoscreens products covered under the standard warranty providing that they are installed within the design envelope of the specific model and variant. This will include all mainland UK addresses. Thermoscreens reserve the right to use third party companies for geographical or availability reasons. Thermoscreens will attend site and repair free of charge if the fault found is covered under the warranty period and is a result of defective materials or workmanship and has been installed as per the installation manual and within the design envelope.
